The focus is not on artistic perfection\, but rather on enjoyment\, presence\, self-expression\, and letting go. \n \nMeet Our Presenter:\nDorothy Smith is an LCSW and artist who owns and operates Wellness Arts Counseling\, LLC\, offering both Walk & Talk and virtual therapy services throughout Virginia. In her work with creative clients\, she encourages the integration of artistic expression into the therapeutic process as a means of self-exploration and personal insight.
